We collect information you provide directly when placing a custom order, contacting us, or creating an account. This includes your name, email address, shipping address, and any design files you upload. We do not store payment card details — all payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We use collected information to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your order status, improve our products and services, and send occasional marketing emails (only with your consent). We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Files you upload are stored securely on AWS S3. They are only accessible to R2G Customs staff for the purpose of producing your order. Files may be retained for up to 90 days after order completion, then deleted.
We use essential session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
