By using R2G Customs's website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All orders are custom-made to your specifications. Production begins only after you approve a digital proof. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. R2G Customs reserves the right to decline any order.
By submitting a design or artwork for printing, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that artwork or have the necessary licenses to use it. R2G Customs is not responsible for copyright infringement by customers. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing unlicensed, copyrighted, or offensive material.
Prices are listed in USD. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices may change without notice, but quoted prices for a specific order are honored for 7 days from the date of quote.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. R2G Customs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns except in the case of a production error (damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved proof). In such cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a reprint or refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, R2G Customs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
